Report Delivery

MDinTouch provides several report delivery mechanisms:

Auto Fax

Dictating and Referring Physicians can automatically receive a faxed version of the report upon completion or electronic signature. This feature alleviates the manual faxing labor that Healthcare Providers endure on a daily basis.

MDWebtop

Dictating and Referring Physician Offices also have the capability of viewing their reports online via the MDWebtop. All that is required is an Internet-based browser such as Microsoft's Internet Explorer.

All clinical reports are stored on MDinTouch's extensive database repository. Physicians and Office staff can retrieve all completed and signed off reports via the MDWebtop's comprehensive search tool called Report Finder. Reports can be viewed, downloaded, printed and faxed all within the MDWebtop.

Automate

Dictating Physicians can also automatically receive a digital copy of the report via MDinTouch's PC-based program called Automate. On a customizable schedule, Automate will automatically download all completed or signed reports to a server in the Healthcare Provider's office. Automate can also batch print reports which provides office staff with hardcopies that can be placed in Patients' charts.

EMR HL7 Results Interface

MDinTouch also provides interfacing capabilities with a vast amount of Practice Management, EMR and RIS systems. If a Healthcare Provider requires their clinical reports to be placed in their IT System, MDinTouch can export its reports via HL7. We also are capable of receiving Patient Demographics ADT information.
