MDinTouch offers Physicians two methods of digital dictation: Digital Handheld Devices and Telephone-Based Dictation.

Olympus Professional Dictation

As an authorized Olympus Professional Audio Product Dealer, MDinTouch is authorized to sell and provide support for the following Digital Dictation Devices: DS2300, DS3300, DS4000, DR2000.

All of these hand-helds produce the same high quality DSS Audio format which is ideal for Medical Transcription. The differences between these devices are in features and accessories.

	Model DS3300 11 Hours of recording capacity, 32MB. Includes: docking cradle and support for rechargeable batteries. Supports 10 Authors, 10 WorkTypes
	Model DS4000 11 Hours of recording capacity, 32MB. Offers slide switch operation. Quiet and easy to use slide switch results in high performance, comfort, and increased productivity. Includes: docking cradle and rechargeable batteries. Supports 10 Authors, 10 WorkTypes
	Model DR2000 DR2000 is a USB based dictation microphone. Its convenient button placement, easy slide switch operability and comfortable ergonomics allow you to utilize it for hours of consecutive use. Supports 1 Author, 10 WorkTypes

MDinTouch Slingshot

MDinTouch Slingshot software encrypts and securely transfers dictations from a Physician's docking station PC to his/her associated Medical Transcription Service Organization. Other benefits include: automatic archiving of voice files and auditing tools that provide a full list of sent voice files by day & Physician name.

Telephone-Based Dictation

MDinTouch also offers a Telephone-based Voice Dictation System for those Healthcare Providers that prefer a more traditional method of dictation. We provide you with a 1-800 phone number and after logging in with their assigned MDinTouch User ID and PIN, Physicians can dictate using any telephone.
