MDinTouch also provides Healthcare Providers with online monitoring tools. A Medical Records Administrator (aka Office Manager) can log into the MDWebtop and monitor the progress of all their facilities' dictations and clinical reports. Report histories allow Medical Records Administrator and Clinical Staff users to see when a report was created, who reviewed/signed it off, when/where it was faxed to, as well as who has viewed and downloaded it online.
