The MDinTouch Self-Service Portal allows customers to create & track their Organization's support Cases, receive Case updates, post Case comments, attach files to Cases and search for answers in our Solutions Knowledge Base.
MDinTouch uses an online support tracking system which allows you to submit your request via the web anytime 24/7. Upon submission you will receive an e-mail confirmation and a Case tracking number. A Customer Service Representative will be in contact with you shortly regarding the status of your request.
